For our partner, a designing and developing custom software, we are looking for a Chief Executive Officer, a person responsible for increasing the value of the company and representing it.
● Experience in developing successful commercial/growth strategies.
● Ability to manage external and internal relationships, including client relationships with international customers.
● Experience in leading and managing commercial teams (Marketing and/or Sales/Business Development).
● Knowledge of profit and loss statement, balance sheet and cash flow management, general finance and budgeting, marketing and sales/BD strategies.
● Experience in working in a B2B software/technology company (services or SaaS).
● Willingness to travel (once every two months, usually within Europe).
● Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills.
● Very good English (C1) is a must, good Polish is a plus.
Developing business strategies and plans, overseeing the execution of the company vision.
Leading the growth teams (Marketing, BD, Growth Hacking).
Building, fostering and managing relationships with key clients.
Overseeing the company’s financial activity, including budgeting, reporting, invoicing and accounting.
