HR Admin & Payroll Team Leader/ German Speaker

For our Partner, international company with almost 5.000 employees, we are looking for HR Admin & Payroll Team Leader.

Wymagania

– established knowledge in personnel administration and payroll area based on working experience;
– at least one year experience on the team leader position;
– fluency in German and a good command of English are a MUST HAVE;
– ability to work in a dynamic, international environment;
– strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Kluczowe zadania

– managing a team of 3 HR Specialists;
– coordination of all day-to-day HR administration tasks for AT/CH/HU markets: maintaining personnel files, preparing HR documents, keeping working time records, timesheets, leaves, etc.;
– providing day to day support in payroll processing;
– coordination of all activities related to employee health and safety;
– answering employees’ questions related to personnel administration and payroll area;
– provide personnel administration support for managers and employees;
– monitoring changes in labor law, tax law and social security;
cooperation with external HR providers in the field of HR payroll calculation.
