For our Partner, an international company operating in the hospitality sector, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager located in Dusseldorf.
We are seeking someone who will manage daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and cost control.

Wymagania

What we expect from you:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position or minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant assistant manager.
• Experience in personnel and cost management.
• Experience in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and German

Responsibilities:
1. Creating plans for better performance.
2. Careful control of expenses, especially costs related to supplies and salaries.
3. Leading the team and creating an inspiring work environment.
4. Implementing innovative changes.
5. Adapting to company standards regarding excellence and quality.
6. Seeking opportunities for development and expansion by building new business relationships.
7. Assisting other General Managers in problem-solving, especially during the pre-opening period of new establishments.
8. Managing daily operations and setting performance goals.
9. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
10. Handling customer complaints and grievances.
11. Monitoring the quality and consistency of dishes served through regular inspections.
12. Responding to online customer feedback using available tools.
