Wymagania

We are looking for a person who has:
Proven experience in HubSpot. Hubspot Marketing and Sales Certification preferred.
Experience with WordPress.
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with digital marketing trends and technologies.
Commitment to delivering high-quality work and is detail-oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluent English
willingness to afternoon hours (working with the US team is essential, usually 11.00am till 19.00pm)

You will be responsible for:

Campaign Coordination:
Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Coordinate timelines, tasks, and deliverables to ensure smooth campaign execution.
Work closely with design, content, and digital marketing teams to create compelling campaign materials.

Event Management:
Coordinate logistics for events, trade shows, and sponsorships.
Assist in the development of event marketing materials and collateral.
Ensure all event-related tasks are executed efficiently and within budget.

Content Support:
Collaborate with the content team to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.
Assist in the creation and maintenance of content calendars.
Coordinate content distribution across online and offline channels.

Digital Marketing Support:
Support the execution of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email, and online advertising.
Monitor and report on digital marketing campaign performance.
Assist in the implementation of SEO and SEM strategies.

Analytics and Reporting:
Compile and analyze marketing data to provide insights and recommendations.
Prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics and campaign performance.

Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the marketing department.
