For our Partner, an international company operating in the hospitality sector, we are looking for a Restaurant Manager located in Bratislava.
We are seeking someone who will manage daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction and cost control.

Wymagania

What we expect from you:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in gastronomy in a similar position or minimum 3 years of experience as a restaurant assistant manager with at least 80 seats.
• Fluent in English and Slovak languages
• Ability to manage a team and control costs.
• Positive energy and motivation to develop in the gastronomy area.

Kluczowe zadania

Tasks:
1. Developing a plan for optimal productivity.
2. Tight cost control, especially F&B and labor costs.
3. Assessing and improving organizational efficiency by developing processes.
4. Supervising employees and creating a motivating work environment.
5. Implementing innovative changes.
6. Adapting to company standards of excellence and quality.
7. Seeking expansion and growth opportunities by developing new business relationships.
8. Providing support and feedback to employees to enhance their skills.
9. Supporting other General Managers in problem-solving, especially during pre-opening period.
10. Supervising daily operations and setting performance goals.
11. Ensuring customer satisfaction.
12. Handling guest complaints.
13. Monitoring the quality and consistency of food served through regular inspections.
14. Responding to guest comments online using provided tools.
15. Developing work schedules.
